Welcome to Sweet Machine Fitness.
Our goal here is to show you that training hard can become addicting and fun, real results can be achieved without spending thousands of dollars on every new supplement that comes out, and most importantly that eating right doesn’t have to bland and miserable!
I’ve been training for years now, and with 4 bodybuilding competitions under my belt, I’ve studied up on and tried about every type of dieting that’s been thought up. And finally, after plenty of hits and misses, I’ve found something that works for me and my body responds well to.
Looking back, it’s one of those “if I knew then what I know now” deals for me. I feel like I’d be so much closer to my goals if I had been training and eating like I have been in my most recent times the whole time.
I’m still no where close to the finish line, but I’m on my way. And I along with my wife Rhianna would like to share with you how we plan on achieving our goals. And it doesn’t include massive amounts of bro foods like chicken and broccoli (and when we do eat those foods, we make them delicious), spending most of your life in the gym, or dumping your hard earned cash on the latest fads and trends in the fitness industry 😉
